Scholarship Info + Application
Through the support of private funding sources, we proudly offer 2 types of scholarships for qualifying students. Scholarship applications are now open. All applications need to be submitted by: 08/22/2025
Need Based: ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS Need-Based Scholarship reward students who qualify for financial assistance. The Need-Based Scholarships are tuition-based and cannot exceed the value of tuition and competition fees. Apply here: Need Based Scholarship Application
Performance Based: ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS Dedication Scholarships reward student’s dedication to dance, based on length of time enrolled, mastery of their craft, and commitment to continued learning / a future in dance. Apply here: Performance Scholarship Application
General Requirements:
1. Applicant is currently a registered dancer at ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS.
2. ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS tuition and fees should be current, reflecting no past due balance.
3. Attendance at ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS should be consistent. Habitual absenteeism will be taken into consideration during the selection process.
4. A fully complete application and all requested documents must be submitted by the deadlines. Late and incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
5. An individual application must be submitted for each student.
6. The amount of available scholarship funds varies by session and year.
7. Need Based applications must be completed by the parents/guardians of the students under 18 years of age.
8. A current IRS 1040 Form and for those with extenuating circumstances, a description of your current situation is required.
9. Recipients are encouraged to write a thank you letter to the funding agency. Letters should be submitted to the ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS Board within 2 weeks of being awarded.
10. Scholarships are non-transferable. Unused funds are not carried forward to subsequent sessions or classes.
11. If a student withdraws, scholarship monies are not refunded.
12. All applications are reviewed by Directors and the ELEVĀTED DANCE HEADQUARTERS Board using specific review criteria.
13. All decisions are final.

We rely on the support of individuals, corporations, and foundations to achieve our mission to provide an elite dance experience to all. Charitable donations provide opportunities through scholarships, studio upgrades, training programs, and performances. Our dancers who come from all over the greater Cleveland area, are able to learn, work, and perform both at home in Cleveland and in New York and Los Angeles, the epicenters of the dance world. With an emphasis on community, passion, integrity, and excellence, our dancers are given the tools to reach their full potential in dance and in life. Your investment can assist in changing lives.

Operating as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, our mission is to elevate dancer’s skills and ability to pursue dance as a career and foster a better life. We know that dance unites people and through the power of movement & art we can make an impact in our community with a ripple effect for future generations.
This year alone the ELEVĀTED IMPĀCT has extended to Forbes Performance with music artist MGK and dancers featured in his music video, World of Dance Champions, Playhouse Square Performances, and numerous top overall awards & scholarships awarded to dance students.
This year we have a fundraising goal of $100K, which will be used to further our reach in the community through scholarships, program developments, and building maintenance & operations. These funds will help pay for students' travel, training, & allow us to continue to serve our community with skilled instructors in a safe studio environment.
